sorry i wasent online but thanx i im still stuck i have the software now its just the animation i can only use moition paths :(

You make flash by using some sort of media application.
For example, I have Macromedia Flash 8.
An application that is fairly good is around 200-300 pounds, but I'm sure you could use ToonBoom or some other software.
You do not need to redraw each frame. You can copy pasta it or drag it along to
the amount of frames you wish.
A couple of months if you want to create a good one if you only spend about an hour a day on it or less.
Also, don't repaste posts, people will find it irritating.
